As part of our continued growth, we are excited to welcome an experienced HR Manager to our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Human Resource Management and will play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies that align with our core pillars:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals,
• Create and enhance HR policies, procedures, and forms across the organization,
• Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns effectively and fairly,
• Lead the recruitment and selection process to identify candidates who fit our collaborative culture,
• Oversee performance evaluations, fostering high performance and personal growth,
• Oversee leave management,
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Kosovo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, or related field,
• At least three (3) years of proven HR experience,
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Kosovo laws,
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships,
• Enthusiastic, innovative, and willing to contribute ideas,
• Proficiency in written and verbal English,
• A passion for creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
